The first phase is expected to open in 2022, and once fully completed, Wai Kai Retail at Hoakalei will boast 27 buildings and a state-of-the-art wave pool that is anticipated to be the crown jewel of the community.

Rosendin is well known op Hawaii for its work on landmark projects, including the Culinary Institute of the Pacific, International Marketplace, Hilton Grand Islander Tower, and Whole Foods, as well as Ae’ o Tower in Honolulu, Hapuna Beach Residences in South Kohala, and USS Missouri at Pearl Harbor.
